Program guidelines for exercise

The RENEW Program uses the guidelines set forth by the American Heart Association recommendations for physical activity in adults.


To see the greatest change in your physical and mental well-being, we suggest working up to these guidelines.


However, we also acknoweldge that not everyone has the same starting point or physical abilities. As coaches we will meet you where you're at and encourage you to improve as you're able to. Progress over perfection!
