Avocado Crema

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • Juice of 1 lime


Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

 
Notes:
  • Keep for up to 3 days in the fridge. Do not freeze.

  • Serve with fresh veggies, whole grain chips, or use as a topping for tacos.

  • Makes about 1/2 cup. The serving size is 2 Tbsp per person.
