Meal Delivery Service Recommendations

Maintaining a healthy diet can be challenging during busy times. Meal services can help us stay nourished when we aren't able to cook every meal for ourselves.

Questions to consider for choosing a meal service:

  • How many meals per week do I want covered by the service?

  • Do I want meals that are fully prepared, or am I able to do some work?

  • How much money am I willing to pay per meal?

Note: While it is possible to find a meal service that fits our health goals, some offerings contain high amounts of sodium. The salt-shaker symbol 🧂next to the service name is your reminder to check the sodium content of meals before you choose them
