Crab & Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Arugula

  • 6 ozs Fresh Lump Crab Meat, Cooked

  • 1/2 cup Corn (drained)

  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (chopped)

  • 1/4 cup Bolthouse Farms Green Goddess Salad Dressing


Directions

  1. Wash and chop the tomatoes.

  2. Drain the canned corn.

  3. Arrange the arugula, crab, tomatoes, and corn on a serving plate.

  4. Drizzle with the green goddess dressing and enjoy!

Notes:
  • Leftovers: Best enjoyed fresh. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.

  • No Green Goddess Dressing: Use cilantro lime or Italian dressing.
