Crab & Corn Salad

Ingredients
3 cups Arugula
6 ozs Fresh Lump Crab Meat, Cooked
1/2 cup Corn (drained)
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (chopped)
1/4 cup Bolthouse Farms Green Goddess Salad Dressing
Directions
Wash and chop the tomatoes.
Drain the canned corn.
Arrange the arugula, crab, tomatoes, and corn on a serving plate.
Drizzle with the green goddess dressing and enjoy!
Notes:
Leftovers: Best enjoyed fresh. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.
No Green Goddess Dressing: Use cilantro lime or Italian dressing.
