Ingredients
1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
2 cups unsweetened plant milk
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 1/2 medium banana, sliced
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
3 Tbsp slivered almonds
Pinch salt
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients except banana and almonds in a bowl to combine.
2. Divide into 3 containers and let sit in the fridge overnight.
3. When ready to serve, top with bananas and slivered almonds.
