Ranch Dip

  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.

  2. If possible, refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to develop. Stir/shake before serving.

  • To use it as a salad dressing, thin texture by adding additional apple cider vinegar to achieve the desired consistency.

  • Keep for up to 3 days in the fridge. Do not freeze.

  • Serve with fresh veggies or over salad.

  • Makes about 1 cup. The serving size is 2 Tbsp per person.
