Snapper with Lemon Herb Sauce

Ingredients
2 4-6 ozs Snapper Fillets
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Butter 1 Lemon (juiced and zested)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Directions
Pat snapper fillets dry with paper towels. Season with pepper, salt, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add fillets and cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and flake easily. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and parsley. Cook for 1 minute to combine flavors.
Spoon sauce over snapper fillets and serve immediately.
