Snapper with Lemon Herb Sauce


Servings: 2 Prep time: 10 min Cooking time: 15 min


Ingredients

  • 2 4-6 ozs Snapper Fillets

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Butter 1 Lemon (juiced and zested)

  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)


Directions

  1. Pat snapper fillets dry with paper towels. Season with pepper, salt, and paprika.

  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add fillets and cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and flake easily. Remove and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  5. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and parsley. Cook for 1 minute to combine flavors.

  6. Spoon sauce over snapper fillets and serve immediately.
