1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt, nonfat
1-pound frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons agave or grade A maple syrup
In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, agave or maple syrup, strawberries, water, and lime juice. Blend until combined.
Add yogurt mixture to molds and insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze popsicles for a minimum of three hours. If the popsicles don’t immediately release from the molds, run them under lukewarm water to loosen.
Serve immediately or save in freezer for up to 3 months.
