Box Breathing Technique

A relaxation tool to return breathing to its normal rhythm

Box breathing, also known as four-square breathing, is a technique used when taking slow, deep breaths.


This technique can be beneficial to anyone who wants to calm their mind, relieve stress, or heighten performance and concentration. It’s even used by the U.S. Navy SEALs.
