Almond Joy Chia Pudding

Ingredients


For chia pudding:

  • 2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk

  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond butter

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 3/4 cup of chia seeds


To serve:

  • 1 tsp dark chocolate, for garnish

  • 1 Tbsp sliced almonds, for garnish


Directions


1. Mix all ingredients except for dark chocolate and almonds and let sit in fridge overnight to firm into a pudding.


2. When ready to serve, garnish with dark chocolate and sliced almonds.
