For chia pudding:
2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp unsweetened almond butter
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
3/4 cup of chia seeds
1 tsp dark chocolate, for garnish
1 Tbsp sliced almonds, for garnish
1. Mix all ingredients except for dark chocolate and almonds and let sit in fridge overnight to firm into a pudding.
2. When ready to serve, garnish with dark chocolate and sliced almonds.
