Collagen Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1 piece Pitted Dates (chopped)
1/3 cup Chia Seeds
1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup Collagen Powder
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
1/3 cup Strawberries (chopped, optional)
1 tbsp Almonds (chopped, optional)
Directions
Add the almond milk, chopped date, collagen powder, and vanilla extract (if using) to your blender jar/cup.
Blend for about 30 seconds, just until the date and collagen powder are integrated well into the liquid.
Pour the liquid mixture evenly into the containers you’ll be using to store and add 3 tbsp chia seeds to each.
Stir well and place in refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours for a thicker pudding. You can make these ahead of time and store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
When the pudding is set, top with chopped strawberries and almonds. Enjoy!
Notes:
Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days.
Serving Size: One serving is approximately 1 1/4 cups.
No Almond Milk: Use any other milk of choice.
