1 1/4 cups chia seeds
3 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 1/4 Tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp cacao powder
1 cup raspberries or any fruit you prefer, for topping
1 Tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened), for topping
1. Add chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and cacao powder to a bowl. Whisk well to combine.
2. If this is for prep, pre-portion into 4 bowls or containers.
3. Let sit covered in the refrigerator overnight to solidify.
4. When ready to serve, top with 1 cup of fruit and 1 Tbsp of shredded coconut.
