1 whole grain english muffin
Make the chia jam ahead of time according to this recipe.
Cut the english muffin in half and toast.
Once toasted, divide 1 Tbsp peanut butter and 2 Tbsp chia jam evenly among each muffin half and enjoy!
Peanut free: Swap peanut butter for almond butter, cashew butter, or sunflower seed butter.
