English Muffin with Chia Jam


Servings: 1 Prep time: 1 min Cooking time: 5 min


Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp chia jam (recipe here)

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 whole grain english muffin


Directions

  1. Make the chia jam ahead of time according to this recipe.

  2. Cut the english muffin in half and toast.

  3. Once toasted, divide 1 Tbsp peanut butter and 2 Tbsp chia jam evenly among each muffin half and enjoy!

 
Notes:
  • Peanut free: Swap peanut butter for almond butter, cashew butter, or sunflower seed butter.

  • Gluten free: Use a gluten free english muffin or toast.

  • Monk fruit can be swapped for your sweetener of choice.
