Ingredients
1 1/2 cups uncooked quinoa, rinsed
2 1/4 cups water
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cardamon
1/4 tsp salt
Top with 2 Tbsp unsalted nuts (or hemp hearts)
Optional: 1/4 cup fresh berries, banana slices, 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients in the Instant Pot. Stir to incorporate. Then, cover and seal.
2. Select high pressure and 1 minute cook time. Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes.
3. Carefully remove the lid. Fluff the quinoa. Serve with toppings of your choice. Enjoy.
