4 lime slices
1 tsp demerara sugar (optional)
1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
8 mint leaves
Juice the limes into a glass.
Stir in the demerara sugar (if using), mint leaves, and lime slices. Muddle together for a few seconds.
Top with sparkling water or club soda.
