Peanut Butter and Jelly Roll Ups


Time: 5 minutes Servings: 1


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon natural creamy peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sugar jelly or preserves of your choice

  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 slices whole grain or wheat bread


Directions

  1. Remove crusts from bread. With a rolling pin, flatten the bread.

  2. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1/2 tablespoon of jelly on each slice of bread. Sprinkle chia seeds on top.

  3. Roll each slice into a tight spiral. Cut each spiral into 3 pieces. Enjoy immediately.
