Peanut Butter and Jelly Roll Ups

Ingredients
1 tablespoon natural creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon reduced-sugar jelly or preserves of your choice
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
2 slices whole grain or wheat bread
Directions
Remove crusts from bread. With a rolling pin, flatten the bread.
Spread 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1/2 tablespoon of jelly on each slice of bread. Sprinkle chia seeds on top.
Roll each slice into a tight spiral. Cut each spiral into 3 pieces. Enjoy immediately.
