Pineapple Protein Smoothie

  • 1 cup Pineapple (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup Baby Spinach

  • 4 Ice Cubes

  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (or 1 serving protein, see label)

  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

  • Nut-Free: Use nut-free milk such as oat milk or coconut milk.
