Ranch Chicken Wrap

  • 4 ozs Chicken Breast, Cooked (shredded)

  • 2 tbsps Ranch Dressing, Bolthouse Farms Yogurt-Based

  • 2 Whole Wheat Tortilla (large)

  • 2 cups Arugula

  • 1 Avocado (sliced)


  1. In a mixing bowl combine the chicken and dressing and mix well.

  2. Place the tortilla on a flat surface. Add the arugula, chicken, and avocado. Roll up tightly into a wrap and enjoy!

  • Leftovers: Best enjoyed the day of making. Ingredients can be refrigerated separately in airtight containers for up to three days.

  • No-Cook: Use rotisserie chicken breast meat.

  • Gluten-Free: Use a gluten-free tortilla wrap instead.
