Ingredients
2/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened plant milk
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
1/3 banana, sliced
Directions
1. Add all ingredients, except for the fruit, into a container and mix well.
2. Layer fruit on top of the mixture.
3. Store in refrigerator overnight.
4. When ready to serve, mix and add a splash of milk if desired.
Notes:
You can swap strawberries and bananas for any fruit you desire.
Overnight oats are great warm too. Pop them in the microwave for 30-60 seconds if you prefer warm oats.
