Ingredients
1 1/4 cup chia seeds
3 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 bananas, sliced for serving
1 cup pineapple, chopped for serving
Directions
1. Add all ingredients besides fruit to a bowl and whisk to combine.
2. If this is for prep, pre-portion into 4 containers.
3. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight to solidify.
4. When ready to serve, top with ½ sliced banana and ¼ cup chopped pineapple.
