Tuna & White Bean Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, packed in water or olive oil

  • 1 can white beans (or cannellini beans), low sodium

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or veganaise

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 head romaine leaves, rinsed


Directions

  1. Open the canned tuna and drain any excess liquid.

  2. Open the canned beans and drain. Gently rinse under cold water to remove excess sodium.

  3. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.

  4. Assemble the mixture evenly into the romaine leaves and enjoy!

 
Notes:
  • For more flavor, add minced red onion, celery, or any herbs you like.

  • Refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
