Basic Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup dairy-free milk, unsweetened

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

  • 2 Tbsp oats

  • Small handful of ice


Directions

1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend 30-60 seconds, until smooth.


 

Notes

  • Think of this recipe as a template – sub in your favorite fruit, greens, and healthy fat source.
