1 cup blueberries, frozen
5 oz (1/3 package) silken tofu
1 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
1 Tbsp chia or flax seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Vanilla plant-based protein powder, 1 scoop (optional)
1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 30-60 seconds, until smooth.
Be sure to use silken tofu, not firm, to achieve the right texture.
Always purchase organic tofu when possible.
Blueberries can be substituted with any berry.
Low-fat or non-fat milk or another unsweetened, non-dairy option can be substituted.
Flax seeds can be substituted for chia or hemp seeds.
