12 oz silken tofu
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chives, dried
1/2 tsp parsley, dried
1/2 tsp dill weed, dried
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper, medium ground
1/2 lemon, juiced
1. Place ingredients in a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Enjoy.
Serving size is 2 tablespoons per serving.
Goes well with fresh veggies or on salads.
