Fruit Infused Water


Servings: 6 cups

Prep time: 10 min Chill time: 3 hours


Ingredients

  • 8 mint leaves

  • 1 orange, sliced

  • 1/2 lemon or lime, sliced

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced

  • 1/2 cup blueberries or blackberries

  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced

  • 6 cups filtered water


Directions

1. Place the mint and fruit of your choice into a glass jar or pitcher.


2. Muddle the fruit and herbs with a wooden spoon to help release natural flavors.


3. Cover with 6 cups of water and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.


4. After 24 hours, remove the fruit and herbs to prevent the water from becoming bitter. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy.
