Loaded Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 large slice of whole grain bread (or 2 thin slices)

  • 2 Tbsp hummus

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

  • 1/4 cup spinach, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 large tomato slice

  • 1 spring onion, sliced

  • 1 Tbsp carrots, thinly sliced

  • 2 small green olives, slice

Directions

1. Pop bread in the toaster until golden brown.


2. Spread hummus on toast.


3. Top with avocado, spinach, cucumber, tomato, onions, carrots, and olives.
