1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup low-fat plain cottage cheese (2% or lower)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
Combine all ingredients together in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Raspberries can be substituted with any frozen berry.
Cottage cheese can be substituted for plain yogurt or vanilla protein powder.
Almond milk can be substituted with any other unsweetened milk.
