Ingredients
1 Large Cucumber
1/2 cup Light Cream Cheese
1/4 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning (optional)
6 Celery Stalks
Directions
Slice cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds and cut celery stalks into thirds.
Spread cream cheese on the sliced veggies. Top with a shake of Everything Bagel Seasoning. Enjoy!
Notes:
Meal Prep: Cut and assemble ahead of time. Alternatively, for maximum freshness, cut veggies ahead of time and place them in an airtight container in the fridge. Assemble just before eating.
No Everything Bagel Seasoning: Use black pepper and a dash of salt.
Dairy-Free: Use hummus in place of cream cheese.
