Ingredients
2/3 cup cold black coffee
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp cacao powder unsweetened
Handful of ice
Directions
1. Brew coffee and chill, or just use cold brew coffee. Refrigerate until ready to make a smoothie.
2. Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth.
Notes
Add a scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder to enhance the nutrition of this smoothie.
