1 cup frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
Optional: Tiny pinch of sea salt
Combine all ingredients together in a blender.
Blend very well until smooth.
Raspberries can be substituted with any other berry.
If using fresh instead of frozen fruit, add a handful of ice cubes.
Almond milk can be substituted with any other unsweetened milk.
